188JILI Cash Out Fee: Who Charges What on a Payout

A cash out fee has up to two owners: the wallet that sends your money onward and the casino that releases it.

When you ask what a cash out fee is on 188JILI, there are two separate meters running. One belongs to the casino and appears on its withdrawal screen after you log in. The other belongs to the wallet that moves your money onward, and the wallet prints it in its own help centre. This page shows the wallet side with sourced figures so you can tell which charge is which before you press confirm.

What counts as a cash out fee

A cash out fee is any charge taken when money leaves one place for another. For a 188JILI player that can mean three different things: a fee the lobby applies to a withdrawal request, a fee your wallet applies when it sends funds to a bank, and a fee a partner outlet applies when you turn wallet money into cash. Only the first belongs to the casino, and the 188JILI help centre (Tulong Impormasyon) gives no withdrawal amounts, fees or times, so the lobby’s own withdrawal screen is the place to read it.

Wallet fees when money moves out

The three wallets named in the lobby’s footer row, Paraan ng Pagbayad, each print a figure for an InstaPay transfer to a bank. The table copies each wallet’s own page, so check the page itself because wallets revise these numbers.

WalletRouteFee as the wallet’s page states it
GCashTransfer > Local, bank or e-wallet via InstaPayPHP 10 per transaction
MayaBank transfer via InstaPay₱10 for every successful transfer
GrabPayAnother GrabPay walletFree
GrabPayAnother bank or e-walletPHP10 transfer fee

For a quick sum, suppose you move PHP 1,000 from a wallet to a bank at PHP 10. The wallet keeps PHP 10, which is 1% of the amount, and your bank receives the PHP 1,000 you entered. Move PHP 5,000 instead and the same PHP 10 is 0.2%, so the fee is a flat figure rather than a share of the amount.

GCash also publishes a Cash Out service for partner outlets and RCBC Scan to Withdraw; its help page defines Cash Out as a service that lets users withdraw from their GCash wallet and leaves the fee to the in-app screens. The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas keeps a summary table of transfer fees for digital channels, listing each institution’s InstaPay and PESONet charges, and that table is the place to compare banks that receive your money.

What the wallets say about gambling

Read this before you plan a payout route, because the wallets have their own rules about gambling. GCash’s help centre states that, in compliance with BSP Memorandum M-2025-029, all licensed gaming top-up and withdrawal services were removed from GCash effective 16 August 2025 and the Games service is no longer in the app. The memorandum itself, approved under Monetary Board Resolution No. 805 of 14 August 2025, told BSP-supervised institutions to remove links providing in-app gambling access within 48 hours.

GrabPay’s terms of use list gambling, including casino games and sports betting, among the transactions a user agrees not to perform with the wallet, with a proviso about activity registered with a government agency. Read that clause in Grab’s terms before you plan anything around GrabPay.

In practice this means three habits:

  1. Start from the 188JILI lobby’s own deposit and withdrawal screens, never from inside a wallet app.
  2. Follow whatever channel and receiving details those screens show at that moment.
  3. Take a fee or time from a third-party page only after the screen or the wallet’s help page shows the same figure.

The limits that sit on top of a fee

A fee is only one gate. A wallet limit can stop a transfer that the fee would have allowed, and each wallet counts limits its own way. GCash’s limits table, effective 1 October 2026, caps a Basic profile at PHP 5,000 outgoing per month, and a Fully Verified profile at PHP 500,000 outgoing per month. The full table lives on the GCash wallet limit table page.

Maya sets limits by account level, from ₱50,000 at Basic to ₱5,000,000 at Ultimate for incoming transactions, and the Maya wallet limit by level page lists them. GrabPay’s help centre lists a daily cash out limit of PHP 50,000 for a Premium wallet and marks a Basic wallet as not eligible for cash out to banks and e-wallets, which is why what the Grab wallet is matters before you plan around it.

Worked example: what reaches your bank

Take a PHP 3,000 payout that the casino releases to your wallet and that you then send to your bank with InstaPay. The sum below uses the PHP 10 figures above and nothing else, so your own total may differ if your wallet or bank applies another charge.

  1. Casino releases PHP 3,000 to the wallet (the casino’s own fee, if any, is shown on its withdrawal screen).
  2. Wallet sends PHP 3,000 by InstaPay and charges PHP 10.
  3. The wallet needs PHP 3,010 in balance for the transfer to go through.
  4. Your bank receives PHP 3,000.

Step three is where players get caught out: the fee has to be covered on top of the amount. Maya’s article says as much, noting you need enough funds in your account to cover the transfer amount and applicable fees.

Cash in fees and moving between wallets

The fee you pay to load a wallet is a separate subject. GCash, Maya and GrabPay each charge differently depending on whether you use a bank, a card or an over-the-counter outlet, and the cash in fee on each top-up route page sets them side by side. Moving money from one wallet to another has its own costs, covered in moving GCash to GrabPay.

Before you request a payout

Run through this short list on the day you plan to withdraw:

  1. Log in and open the withdrawal screen to read the casino’s fee, limits and the channels it shows. The lobby’s FAQs say a withdrawal account must be added before a request, that up to two can be linked, and that the fund password may be asked for.
  2. Read where to read a minimum withdrawal for the order in which the casino and wallet limits apply.
  3. Check your wallet’s own limit page so the amount you plan fits under your level.
  4. Keep the transaction record. The account shows 30 days of transaction records, and the wallet keeps its own history.

If you want the steps rather than the fees, cash out steps on 188JILI walks through the screens. The wallet pages for the casino side are GCash casino payment page, Maya casino payment page and GrabPay casino payment page, and the hub Philippines casino payment methods compares the three rails.

When a transfer does not arrive

GCash says a bank transfer that fails returns the full amount, fees included, to your wallet. It also says that after the message “For your security, let’s double check this transaction” you should wait 2 minutes and check your Transactions page before trying again, and after “Unable to process your transaction” wait at least 1 hour. Read a pending transaction in a wallet for how long each network takes and when to file a ticket, and GrabPay customer service for stuck transfers for the Grab route.

FAQ

How much is the cash out fee on GCash?

GCash's own help page states that a PHP 10 fee applies per InstaPay transfer from GCash to a local bank or e-wallet. Its Cash Out service for partner outlets has a separate page inside the GCash app, so read the fee shown on the confirmation screen before you approve it.

Does Maya charge to send money to a bank?

Maya's help centre states that a ₱10 fee is charged for every successful InstaPay transfer from your Maya account to another local bank. The article also lists the reasons a transfer fails, which include an account that has exceeded its inflow limits.

Is a GrabPay transfer free?

Grab's help centre says a transfer to another GrabPay wallet is free and a transfer to another bank or e-wallet carries a PHP10 fee. Only transferable funds, meaning money that came from local debit cards or bank accounts, can be moved this way.

Who sets the withdrawal fee at 188JILI?

The 188JILI lobby does. The help centre gives no withdrawal amounts, fees or times, so log in and read the withdrawal screen. Anything a wallet charges on top is the wallet's own fee, shown in its app.

Can I take a payout straight into GCash or GrabPay?

Read the receiving options on the 188JILI withdrawal screen after you log in. GCash states that gaming top-up and withdrawal services were removed from its app on 16 August 2025, and GrabPay's terms list gambling among restricted transactions, so follow only what the screen offers.

Why did my transfer fee come back?

GCash says that if a bank transfer fails, the full amount, fees included, goes back to your wallet. Check your transactions page before you send again, and see the pending transaction page if a transfer sits unresolved.
