How to reach GrabPay customer service about a wallet payment

The cash-in went through but the balance is empty
Your top-up shows as successful but GrabPay Wallet shows no funds.
Grab’s page on a cash-in that will not post says to wait 15 to 30 minutes, since bank delays happen, then close and reopen the app. If the funds are still missing, contact Grab support and give proof of payment. For crypto top-ups Grab asks you to allow 15 to 30 minutes and check the token, the network and the wallet address.

The cash-out or transfer fails
A transfer to a bank or e-wallet fails or never leaves your wallet.

Act in this order, from Grab’s scam report page. First change your GrabPIN under Account, Settings, Update GrabPIN. Then use the Emergency Switch under Payment, Settings to lock cashless payments and log out other sessions.
Contact your bank if a card or account is at risk. Last, fill the Scam Report Form while logged in.
The form asks for the date and time, the amount, the receiving bank or e-wallet, the beneficiary name, the account number, a complaint category and a description. Grab says it will try to trace or freeze the funds with the receiving institution if possible.
Identity verification sits on pending
