188JILI Website Checker: Safe Browsing, Chrome and ICANN
A website checker shows how an address behaves, not what the business is.
| Fact | Value |
|---|---|
| 188JILI Account Suspended | An account suspended on 188JILI usually traces to a pending identity check, a second account, a linked withdrawal account problem or a promotion rule. |
| 188JILI Dispute | Raise a dispute with the operator first, in writing, through its Customer Service chat, with dates, amounts and the clause you rely on. |
| 188JILI ID Verification | ID verification exists because Philippine law treats casinos, internet casinos included, as covered persons: they must establish and record your identity from an ID document when you open an account. |
| 188JILI PAGCOR Online Gaming | PAGCOR regulates games of chance and issues Gaming Licenses; its Electronic Gaming Licensing Department covers online gaming platforms, and five dated lists on pagcor.ph name licensees, brands and domains. |
| 188JILI Terms of Service | The terms of service clauses that decide a withdrawal are the withdrawal-account rule, the identity and security checks, the turnover requirement, the one-account rule and any promotion's own terms. |
| 188JILI PAGCOR Guarantee | PAGCOR Guarantee is PAGCOR's own website at pagcorguarantee.ph, launched on 18 June 2025, with a filterable list of PAGCOR-authorized online gaming websites you search by brand name. |
| 188JILI License Verification | PAGCOR's published lists carry no license number column. |
A website checker answers how an address behaves, and three of them cost nothing: Google’s Safe Browsing site status, the site panel inside Chrome and ICANN’s registration lookup. Each takes under a minute, and together they show whether a browser flags an address and when and by whom the domain name was registered. None of them reads a gaming licence, so they sit one step after PAGCOR’s records in the online casino legit routine. This page shows what each tool says, in its own words, and the question it leaves open.
Website checker tools side by side
| Tool | Where you open it | What it shows | Where it stops |
|---|---|---|---|
| Safe Browsing site status | transparencyreport.google.com, Safe Browsing section | Whether a website is currently dangerous to visit, per Google | Says nothing about who runs the site or a licence |
| Chrome’s site panel | The symbol left of the address in Chrome | Secure, Info or Not secure, or Dangerous; a summary of privacy, cookies and site data, and site settings | Describes the connection and the page, not the operator |
| ICANN registration lookup | lookup.icann.org | Current registration data for a domain name | Shows the registration record, not any gaming approval |
Read the right-hand column as the reason to open a fourth record: PAGCOR’s own lists, covered next.
Google Safe Browsing site status: how to run it
Google says Safe Browsing examines billions of URLs per day for unsafe websites and shows warnings on Google Search and in web browsers. The site status page lets you search an address and see whether it is currently dangerous to visit.
- Open the Safe Browsing site status page of Google’s Transparency Report.
- Paste the bare domain, not a page deep inside it.
- Read the status it returns, and note that it describes today.
- Run the check again before you pay if you opened the address a while ago.
Google’s page also says many unsafe sites are legitimate websites that have been compromised. A clean status is therefore a statement about danger now, not about who stands behind the site.
Chrome’s site panel: three symbols and a summary
Chrome’s help page, “Check if a site’s connection is secure”, says Chrome alerts you when it detects a site that may be unsafe, and changes the icon next to the address. On a computer the icon takes one of three forms: Default (Secure), Info or Not secure, and Not secure or Dangerous.
- Open the page in Chrome and look at the symbol to the left of the web address.
- Select the symbol to read a summary of the site’s privacy, cookies and site data, and site settings.
- Select About this page to see web results about the source and a description in the site’s own words.
- Read when Google first indexed the site, where it is shown; a very new site is a reason to slow down.
The same help page says that with Always use secure connections turned on, a site without HTTPS shows a “Your connection to this site is not secure” warning. A secure symbol describes the connection between you and the address, which is why it can sit on any site.
ICANN registration lookup: what a domain record holds
ICANN’s registration data lookup tool uses the Registration Data Access Protocol, created as a replacement for the older WHOIS protocol. Its terms say the results come directly from registry operators and registrars in real time. Open the tool, enter the bare domain and read the record it returns.
| Field to look for | Question it answers |
|---|---|
| Registrar | Which accredited registrar holds the name |
| Registration date | How long the name has existed |
| Status and name servers | Whether the domain is active and where it is pointed |
| Redacted contact data | Whether the owner’s details are withheld |
ICANN notes that some registration data is nonpublic. It points those with a legitimate interest, such as law enforcement and consumer-protection advocates, to a separate request service, so a redacted contact field is a normal result rather than a finding.
What none of the three can tell you
Safe Browsing, Chrome’s panel and ICANN all describe an address. A gaming licence belongs to an operator and its brand, and the place that names both is PAGCOR. Use the PAGCOR online gaming lists for the brand and domain match, and the PAGCOR Guarantee cross-check for PAGCOR’s own category search.
What you agreed to once you register is a third question. The terms of service you read after the checks shows which clauses decide a withdrawal, and none of the tools above opens them for you.
FAQ
Which free website checker shows whether Google flags a site?
Google's Safe Browsing site status page. It says the technology examines billions of URLs per day and lets you search to see whether a website is currently dangerous to visit.
What does Chrome's padlock or warning symbol mean?
Chrome's help page says the symbol next to the address shows whether Chrome has established a secure and private connection with the site, and changes when it detects a site that may be unsafe. It is a statement about the connection, not about licensing.
Does the ICANN lookup tell me who owns a site?
It shows the current registration data for a domain name, taken in real time from the registry operators or registrars. Some data is nonpublic, and ICANN points to a request service for those who have a legitimate interest.
Can a website checker tell me a casino is licensed?
No. For a gaming licence you open PAGCOR's lists and the PAGCOR Guarantee site and match the brand and the domain yourself.
