188JILI License Verification: What PAGCOR's Lists Print Instead
PAGCOR's published lists carry no license number column.
| Fact | Value |
|---|---|
| 188JILI Account Suspended | An account suspended on 188JILI usually traces to a pending identity check, a second account, a linked withdrawal account problem or a promotion rule. |
| 188JILI Dispute | Raise a dispute with the operator first, in writing, through its Customer Service chat, with dates, amounts and the clause you rely on. |
| 188JILI ID Verification | ID verification exists because Philippine law treats casinos, internet casinos included, as covered persons: they must establish and record your identity from an ID document when you open an account. |
| 188JILI PAGCOR Online Gaming | PAGCOR regulates games of chance and issues Gaming Licenses; its Electronic Gaming Licensing Department covers online gaming platforms, and five dated lists on pagcor.ph name licensees, brands and domains. |
| 188JILI Terms of Service | The terms of service clauses that decide a withdrawal are the withdrawal-account rule, the identity and security checks, the turnover requirement, the one-account rule and any promotion's own terms. |
| 188JILI Website Checker | A website checker shows how an address behaves, not what the business is. |
| 188JILI PAGCOR Guarantee | PAGCOR Guarantee is PAGCOR's own website at pagcorguarantee.ph, launched on 18 June 2025, with a filterable list of PAGCOR-authorized online gaming websites you search by brand name. |
License verification usually starts with a hunt for a license number, and PAGCOR’s lists do not print one. They name the licensee, the brand and the domains, which is a stronger test once you know how to read it. This page shows the columns you will meet and how to match them to the site in front of you. It is one spoke of the online casino legit pillar, and it applies to any site you plan to pay.
License verification: what PAGCOR’s lists print instead
PAGCOR’s Electronic Gaming Licensing Department issues what it calls a Gaming License, abbreviated GL, to qualified applicants or operators of gaming sites, one for each game offering. The published lists below name who holds it, never a number.
| List (as of the date printed) | Columns printed | Number-like column |
|---|---|---|
| Registered Brands and Domains of Licensed Casinos (17 September 2026) | NO., Integrated Resort, Suite of Games, Main Brand, Root Word, Sub Brand, Main Domain, Sub-Domain, Additional URL | NO. is a row number |
| Accredited Gaming System Administrators and Registered Brands and Domains (17 September 2026) | NO., Gaming System Administrator, Game Offering, Main Brand, Root Word, Sub Brand, Main Domain, Sub-Domain, Additional URL | NO. is a row number |
| Licensees for Gaming Venue Operations (31 August 2026) | No., Name of Operator | No. is a row number |
| Accredited Support Service Providers (17 September 2026) | No., Support Service Provider | No. is a row number |
The main brand column allows one brand, and the sub brand column allows up to six, which is why a single row can hold several names and several domains.
Match a brand and a domain in four steps
- Write down the brand name and the exact address from the browser bar of the site you plan to use.
- Open the list that fits and search for the brand’s root word.
- Read across the same row to the main domain, sub-domain and additional URL columns.
- Confirm the address in your browser bar appears in that row, character for character.
A match is both halves in one row. A brand match with a different domain, or a domain match under a different brand, sends you back to step 2.
A worked example with an invented brand
Here is the match on a brand that does not exist, written so you can see the pattern. The brand is Blue Anchor Play and the address on screen is blueanchorplay.example.
| What you hold | What a list row would show | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Brand: Blue Anchor Play | Main brand: Blue Anchor Play | Brand matches |
| Address: blueanchorplay.example | Main domain: blueanchorplay.example | Domain matches in the same row |
| Address: blueanchor-play.example | Main domain: blueanchorplay.example | Hyphen added, so it is a different address |
Only the first two lines would count as a match. The third shows why a near copy of a listed domain gets no credit.
When a site quotes you a license number anyway
Sites and chat accounts quote numbers because buyers expect one. PAGCOR’s notice to the public says entities on Facebook, X, Telegram and Viber use fake certificates to deceive people, and a second notice names three look-alike verification sites whose certificates are counterfeit.
A page shows a number or a certificate image and no list row
Ask for the brand name and the domain it operates under, then find that pair in one row of PAGCOR’s lists. Report misuse of PAGCOR’s logo through the contact-us page on pagcor.ph.
The brand is on the list but the domain is not
Treat the address as a different site. Read the main domain, sub-domain and additional URL columns again, then stop before you pay.
What to do with a match
Once the row matches, the questions that follow are about your account. Why a casino asks for ID verification covers documents, what to do about a suspended account covers a lockout, and how to raise a dispute with an operator covers a withdrawal that stalls. PAGCOR’s chairman said on 24 August 2026 that playing on a licensed platform gives players a mechanism to seek redress when disputes arise, so the row you matched is also the name you take to a complaint.
FAQ
What does a PAGCOR license number look like?
PAGCOR's published lists print none. Their columns name the integrated resort or gaming system administrator, the game offering, the main brand, sub brands and the domains, plus a running row number headed NO.
Is the NO. column on PAGCOR's lists a license number?
No. It is a running row number on that copy of the list. The licence itself is called a Gaming License, and the lists do not print a number for it.
A site quotes a PAGCOR license number to me. What now?
Ask which brand and which domain it operates under, then find that pair in one row of PAGCOR's list. A number or a certificate image on a chat page is not a list row.
Where do I send a question about a Gaming License?
PAGCOR's list of licensees for gaming venue operations carries an e-mail address for enquiries about the Electronic Gaming Licensing Department, and the pagcor.ph contact-us page takes reports about misused logos.
