Pinoy card games cover three families you will meet at a table: climbing games such as Pusoy Dos, rummy games such as Tongits, and casino banking games such as Blackjack. This page maps each one: how it ranks hands, what JILI’s own pages say about the matching title, and where to read the full rules. The 188JILI lobby’s Poker row held five titles on 6 October 2026, and each is covered below.

The 188JILI Poker row on 6 October 2026
The lobby’s home page lists five titles on its Poker row. In the Poker lane, Tongits Go, Pusoy Go and Blackjack sit under the Jili studio label, while Color Game and Tongits sit under another studio label. JILI’s own pages describe its versions of Tongits Go, Pusoy Go, Color Game and Blackjack.
| Title | What JILI’s own page says | JILI publish time |
|---|---|---|
| Tongits Go | Compete against three other players; three types of victory settlements; special hand rewards | 2022.11 |
| Pusoy Go | Four-player Philippine game; 13 cards arranged as 3, 5 and 5; three comparisons | 2023.06 |
| Color Game | A colorful dice game; if the dice show the winning color you win immediately | 2022.1 |
| Blackjack | Up to three hands per round; splitting, doubling down, insurance; 3:2 for a blackjack | 2023.09 |
PAGCOR’s approved-games list for the studio JILI, as of 7 September 2026, carries Tongits Go (game ID 199), Pusoy Go (211), Color Game (197) and Blackjack (219) as eCasino games of type TABLE. That is a list of the studio’s approved games, so it covers the games and nothing else. To see which studio built a title in the lobby, read the label in the Poker lane or open the title’s info screen.
Pusoy Dos and Pusoy: two games sharing a name
Filipinos say “pusoy” for two different games, and the difference matters before you stake anything.
- Pusoy Dos is the climbing game: players play singles, pairs, triples or five-card plays, and the first to empty their hand wins.
- Pusoy is Chinese poker: you arrange 13 cards into a 3-card front and two 5-card hands and compare them with each opponent.
- Pusoy Go on JILI’s page follows the second pattern, with a doubling “Pusoy” when you beat one opponent on all three hands.
The top card in Pusoy Dos is the 2 of diamonds in the Philippine order, and the whole rank-and-suit order is in the Pusoy Dos ranking page. The setting rules and what makes a hand foul are in the Chinese poker rules page, alongside the usual scoring scale.
Poker hands behind every card table
Poker hands appear again inside Chinese poker, where the back and middle hands are five-card hands. From best to worst the ten hands run:
| Tier | Hands, best first |
|---|---|
| Top | Royal flush, straight flush |
| Strong | Four of a kind, full house |
| Middle | Flush, straight |
| Low | Three of a kind, two pair, one pair |
| Bottom | High card |
Suits never break a tie in poker, which is the opposite of Pusoy Dos, where suit decides between equal ranks. The poker card ranking page gives an example and the tie-break for each hand.
Tongits: the rummy game
Wikipedia describes Tong-its as a three-player rummy game with a 52-card deck. Each player gets 12 cards and the dealer gets 13, and the aim is to empty your hand or to hold the fewest points by forming melds of at least three cards, either three of a kind or a straight flush sequence. A player who exposes no meld before a draw is called or Tong-its is declared is “burned” and loses.
JILI’s Tongits Go page says you compete against three other players, which is a bigger table than the three-player game Wikipedia describes. Treat the info screen of the title you open as the authority for its table size and settlements.
Blackjack and the insurance question
JILI’s Blackjack page lists a 3:2 bonus for a blackjack at the start, up to three hands per round, and splitting, doubling down and insurance options. Insurance is the one option with a clear price: Wizard of Odds works out an expected loss of 7.40% of the insurance stake in a six-deck example. Work through the numbers on the insurance in blackjack page before you tap it at a live table, and read the house edge meaning in plain words to see why a negative figure adds up over many hands.
Color Game and the drop ball game
Neither of these ranks cards. JILI’s Color Game page says the dice decide: three green dice may give bonuses up to 5000X, and a double or triple of one color adds extra multipliers. Its Drop Ball page lists three balls, six betting zones, a Wheel Game feature and a 1,000x maximum win, with no RTP published. The drop ball game page reads that page line by line, so you can see which figures exist and which you must read on the game’s own screen.
Before you sit down at any card table
- Open the title’s info screen and read its rules, paytable and any listed return. JILI publishes no RTP for these titles on its own pages.
- Check the studio label in the Poker lane, since the lobby lists Color Game and Tongits under a studio other than Jili.
- Treat every pattern, stake ladder and lucky hour as noise: the deal is random, and the house edge stays the same.
- Ask Customer Support about account limits before you play, as the lobby’s Responsible Gaming section advises, and keep to responsible play limits for card players.
- You must be 21 or older to play.
When you are ready to see the rest of the lobby, the 188JILI casino lanes from Slots to Poker explain how the Slots, Live, Fish, Sports and Poker rows fit together, and the JILI games reference for slot titles covers the studio’s slot pages.
