188JILI PAGCOR Online Gaming: Departments and Lists
PAGCOR regulates games of chance and issues Gaming Licenses; its Electronic Gaming Licensing Department covers online gaming platforms, and five dated lists on pagcor.ph name licensees, brands and domains.
| Fact | Value |
|---|---|
| 188JILI Account Suspended | An account suspended on 188JILI usually traces to a pending identity check, a second account, a linked withdrawal account problem or a promotion rule. |
| 188JILI Dispute | Raise a dispute with the operator first, in writing, through its Customer Service chat, with dates, amounts and the clause you rely on. |
| 188JILI ID Verification | ID verification exists because Philippine law treats casinos, internet casinos included, as covered persons: they must establish and record your identity from an ID document when you open an account. |
| 188JILI Terms of Service | The terms of service clauses that decide a withdrawal are the withdrawal-account rule, the identity and security checks, the turnover requirement, the one-account rule and any promotion's own terms. |
| 188JILI Website Checker | A website checker shows how an address behaves, not what the business is. |
| 188JILI PAGCOR Guarantee | PAGCOR Guarantee is PAGCOR's own website at pagcorguarantee.ph, launched on 18 June 2025, with a filterable list of PAGCOR-authorized online gaming websites you search by brand name. |
| 188JILI License Verification | PAGCOR's published lists carry no license number column. |
PAGCOR online gaming sits under one regulator with several desks, and knowing which desk publishes which list saves you time. PAGCOR’s own regulatory page says it regulates all games of chance and issues licenses to all gaming operations within the Philippine territory. This page is the map: who handles what, what PAGCOR calls the licence, and where the dated lists live. Pair it with the online casino legit checklist when you want the full routine.
PAGCOR online gaming: which department handles what
PAGCOR’s regulatory about page splits licensing among departments, and the two that matter for a player are easy to tell apart.
| Department | Looks after | Where its records sit |
|---|---|---|
| Gaming Licensing and Development Department (GLDD) | Licenses to operate casinos, casino suppliers, Gaming Employment Licenses | The Licensed Casinos regulatory page, with its casino regulatory manual |
| Electronic Gaming Licensing Department (EGLD), called E-Games / E-Bingo Licensing Department on the about page | Local gaming operations: bingo, e-casino, sports betting, specialty games, online poker, numeric games, with venues’ online platforms | The Electronic Gaming Licensing page, which links all five lists below |
| Offshore Gaming Licensing Department | Offshore gaming applications | Remote operations page, with lists of cancelled licensees |
The EGLD page adds that, except for land-based casino operations, the department is the regulatory arm over local gaming that includes the online operation of a venue’s own platform. The same page says a service provider’s platform and games must be offered at the gaming venue, where the remote operation is an adjunct service for its registered players.
The five lists and the date each one prints
Each PDF prints its own heading date. Read the date first, because a row is only as current as the copy you opened.
| List | As-of date printed | A row holds |
|---|---|---|
| Registered Brand and Domain Names/URLs of Licensed Casinos | 17 September 2026 | Integrated resort, suite of games, main brand, root word, sub brand, domains |
| Accredited Gaming System Administrators and Registered Brands and Domain Names/URLs | 17 September 2026 | Administrator, game offering, main brand, root word, sub brand, domains |
| Accredited Gaming Affiliates | 27 August 2026 | Game content provider and game offering |
| Accredited Support Service Providers | 17 September 2026 | Provider under customer service, payment, marketing, KYC or game testing |
| Licensees for Gaming Venue Operations | 31 August 2026 | A running number and the name of the operator |
The venue operators list carries a footnote saying it does not certify that each licensee offers all the PAGCOR-approved game offerings. A separate list of EGLD-approved electronic games runs supplier by supplier, so a game on it tells you a supplier’s game was approved, not which operator offers it.
Gaming License: the name PAGCOR gives the licence
EGLD issues a Gaming License, abbreviated GL, to qualified applicants or operators of gaming sites. It issues one for each game offering, so a single operator can hold several. Read the seven offerings below as the vocabulary you will meet in the “game offering” column.
- Traditional Bingo Games
- Electronic Bingo (E-Bingo) Games
- Electronic (eCasino) Games
- Sports Betting
- Specialty Games
- Online Poker Games
- Numeric Games
None of the lists prints a licence number. What a license number looks like on these lists shows how to match a brand and a domain in its place, and the PAGCOR Guarantee check site gives you PAGCOR’s own cross-check by category.
Read a list in four steps
- Open the Electronic Gaming Licensing page on pagcor.ph and choose the list that fits the site: resort casinos or administrators.
- Note the as-of date in the heading before you read any row.
- Search for the brand’s root word, then read the domain columns of the same row.
- Check the support service providers list if you want to see who PAGCOR has accredited for customer service, payment channels and KYC.
The KYC section is the one that explains why a site asks for documents; why ID verification follows registration covers what the law behind it says.
FAQ
Which PAGCOR department licenses online gaming?
PAGCOR's licensing page names the Electronic Gaming Licensing Department as the regulatory arm over local gaming operations that offer e-casino, e-bingo, sports betting, specialty, online poker and numeric games, plus the online platforms of licensed venues. Land-based casinos sit with a different department.
Where are PAGCOR's lists of online gaming brands?
On the Electronic Gaming Licensing page of pagcor.ph, listed as PDF links. The brand and domain lists carry an as-of date in their headings.
Is a game on PAGCOR's approved-games list the same as an operator on the brand list?
No. The list of EGLD-approved electronic games is organised by game supplier. The brand-and-domain lists are organised by licensee or administrator, so a game and an operator are matched on separate lists.
Does PAGCOR still license offshore gaming?
PAGCOR's regulatory pages list cancelled offshore licensees, and Executive Order No. 74 of 5 November 2024 ordered an immediate ban on Philippine offshore gaming operations. The venue operators list also carries a note that its entries are not licensed for offshore operations.
