188JILI PAGCOR Guarantee: Use the Check Site Step by Step

PAGCOR Guarantee is the regulator’s own answer to the question every player asks before paying. PAGCOR launched it on 18 June 2025, and its chairman said the site helps players identify whether online gaming sites are duly licensed before playing or making any payments. This page describes the tool, its filter categories and the order to use them in. It is one spoke of the online casino legit routine, and it works best beside the PDF lists.

PAGCOR Guarantee: what the site is and who runs it

The site’s heading reads “PAGCOR-AUTHORIZED ONLINE GAMING WEBSITES”, with the line “Your gateway to PAGCOR-approved online electronic games” and a section headed “SEARCH ONLINE GAMES”. PAGCOR’s press release says it features a regularly updated list of licensed internet gaming platforms under PAGCOR’s oversight, and that players can enter the gaming sites through the page. In August 2026 PAGCOR described it again as an online verification facility that lets the public check whether an online gaming provider is licensed.

The release also records why it exists: PAGCOR’s chairman pointed to a growing number of complaints against gaming sites that do not pay players’ winnings. The address to type is pagcorguarantee.ph.

The nine filters and when to pick each

The page opens with nine filter names above the list of brand names. Pick the one that matches what the site offers, then read the names under it.

These names match the game offerings on PAGCOR’s Electronic Gaming Licensing page, where a Gaming License is issued for each one.

Use the PAGCOR Guarantee check site in five steps

1. Type pagcorguarantee.ph into your browser bar yourself.
2. Choose the filter that fits the games you plan to play, or stay on All.
3. Search for the brand’s name under the “SEARCH ONLINE GAMES” heading, using the name printed on the site you want to use, or scroll the names under your filter.
4. Read the brand name the list shows, then compare it with the brand in the row of the matching PDF list.
5. Compare the domain in the PDF row with the address in your browser bar before you pay.

The list carries brand names. The domain columns live in the PDF lists, so step 5 is where the match is finished.

A listed name is where the match starts

The page itself shows no date, while each PDF list prints an as-of date in its heading. Use the PDF’s date to know how current a row is, and use the listed name to know the brand is on PAGCOR’s check list.

A name match answers one thing: the brand name is on PAGCOR’s check site. It leaves two things for you to read yourself: the exact domain you will log in on, and what happens if something goes wrong later. What a license number looks like on PAGCOR’s lists shows how a brand and a domain stand in for a number, because the lists print no licence-number column.

What to read next once a name matches

PAGCOR’s chairman said in August 2026 that playing through a licensed operator gives players a mechanism to seek redress when disputes arise. Two situations are where that line gets tested.

1. Documents requested: read why a casino asks for ID verification before you send a scan.
2. A locked login: see what a suspended account means for you for the first steps.

Fake certificates are the other reason to keep the match in your own hands. PAGCOR’s notice to the public says entities on social media use them to deceive people about legitimacy, and asks you to report the misuse through the contact-us page on pagcor.ph.
